The location was excellent and within a couple blocks walking distance from train station and many restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to Academia and Uffizi. The room was large with painted ceilings. It looked exactly like the reservation image. Very quiet. Very secure with iron door and then an iron gate that is the entrance to the B&B. The proprietor was kind and friendly and his dry wit made me laugh. I will always remember his voice and how beautiful he made my name sound. This place is part of an old palazzo. There are two B&B connected and our room was on the 2nd floor past the beautiful interior garden. There's a key to get into the 2nd floor once off the lift and then a separate key for our room. We got a bit lost our first day there. To get to the check-in and breakfast it is in the first half before the interior garden with an elevator to the 2nd floor. The breakfast had a variety of choices:. Croisants, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boil egg, meats and cheese tray, hot chocolate, coffee, juice. It was an Europeon buffet not an American with bacon & eggs. It was a lovely breakfast and quite filling. The staff called for our airport taxi which was there immediately at 7:30 am on our day of departure. They also allowed us access to the buffet which was very considerate since the hours are 8 to 10. If you're interested in a Florence experience this palazzo is a reasonable priced choice in a great location.

All the staff are friendly, helpful and happy to help with anything. There is a lovely atmosphere when you walk into the reception area where you are always greeted with a lovely smile. The room we were in was traditional, clean and immaculate. Plenty of space in the room. Beds are very comfortable and slept really well. There was some street noise, but that is to be expected and it didn't disturb us. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great, which set us up for the day ahead. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Firenze. The photos are accurate.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, to the last minute. The room is very, very great. The staff is so lovely that makes you feel special. We also enjoyed the relaxed breakfast, with a good variety of fruits, bread, cheese and yogurt. And what an amazing cappuccino! The location is even better, 10 min walk to Ufizzi, Arno River, Accademia, Baptistery and Ponte Vecchio. 150% recommended 👌 we hope to come back one day!

My sister and I loved staying here! It was a quaint and quiet B&B, very charming. Staff was great (they all spoke English and check-in was easy), breakfast was a simple continental but very good and they made fresh cappuccinos on request. Mostly we loved the location - we were within a 15 min walking distance of everything, and many sights were less than a 10 min walk!

Chelsea

The room was absolutely massive. We weren't quite sure what to expect but when we walked in we thought that they messed up and upgraded our room. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The location was very nice as well, about a 10 minute walk to the train station and maybe a 15 minute walk to all the other main tourist locations in Florence.
